An invitation to the inaugural ‘Dog Dinner’

You are cordially invited to the first ‘Dog Dinner’ of 2019, to be held at

Lily’s Function Centre and Café,

5 Quinn Avenue, Seven Hills on

Tuesday 12th of March 2019; 6pm

$65 per head

With the NRL season just 4 weeks away, it is with great pleasure that I invite you to the first of a series of ‘Dog Dinners’ for fans of the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs who now reside slightly afar from our spiritual home of Belmore. The first of which will be held in the north-western region of Sydney.

The idea was borne of discussions within the membership about potential gatherings in various areas of Sydney and across the state, in order to build collegiality and friendships within, and celebrate, the unique fan base of our club.

The evening has been planned to coincide with the clubs’ first match of the season just four days later, when the Bulldogs take on the Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium. What better way to build our excitement for what will be a resurgent Bulldogs team in 2019 than with a night celebrating all things blue and white.

The night will feature:

Your host, respected sports journalist Stuart Thomas

Mr John Khoury (Bulldogs Board member and other special guests )

A three-course sit down meal from Lily’s extensive menu

A Bulldogs trivia competition

Official, signed club merchandise prizes

The opportunity to meet and socialise with the Bulldog’s faithful

Lily’s has been kind enough to offer a wonderfully affordable rate for the meal and venue. Well priced drinks will also be available and I encourage everyone make safe plans for their journey home if they do intend drinking on the night.

To reserve your seat for this exciting event, please send an email to stuartthomas88@gmail.com expressing your interest. After transferring funds to the designated account, your attendance will be confirmed.

A waiting list will be constructed should numbers exceed capacity, so get in early and be one of the lucky ones involved in the inaugural ‘Dog Dinner’.
